TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR WINGAGA CASINO

18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accepting these Terms and continuing to access and use the Platform, You irrevocably consent to be subject to Curaçao jurisdiction in connection with all claims, disputes or proceedings arising out of your using this Platform and any agreement entered into between you and Wingaga Casino.

19. SEVERABILITY

    If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction declares that certain provision(s) of these Terms are invalid, unenforceable or against public policy (the "Invalid Provisions"), the remaining provisions will not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Wingaga Casino and You regarding Your access to and use of the Platform, replacing any prior agreements, understandings, negotiations or communications related thereto (whether oral or written), and superseding all other representations by you (express or implied) in relation to these matters.
